Microsoft 365
At Login Systems we are certified Microsoft 365 Experts. We can migrate, setup, support, license and securely maintain your Microsoft 365 Environment.
Microsoft 365 has become the new standard for small and medium-sized businesses. Microsoft 365, which includes the Office 365 software suite, puts together all of Microsoft’s industry standard business applications in one package. This simplifies the issue of having to choose what the most appropriate software is for your company, as you have access to all of it at once. Your staff can also access the applications both via the web or natively on their computers after your Office 365 support team implements the product for your company. Having Office 365 implemented at your business gives your staff a wide array of tools to do their job and allows them to access their work online from anywhere.
When Login Systems provides your Microsoft 365 implementation, you can count on readily available Office 365 support when your staff needs it. Our IT Service Desk can help any of your staff with any Microsoft 365 issues when they occur.
In July 2023 our organization attained the Modern Work Solutions Partner designation in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Our organization is one of the first Microsoft partners to attain this designation.
This Solutions Partner designation demonstrates Login Systems technical
capabilities, experience, and ability to deliver successful customer outcomes
aligned to the Microsoft Cloud.

What is Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 is a product family of productivity software, collaboration and cloud-based services owned by Microsoft. It encompasses online services such as Outlook.com, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, programs formerly marketed under the name Microsoft Office (including applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on Microsoft Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and on the web), enterprise products and services associated with these products such as Exchange Server and SharePoint. It also covers subscription plans encompassing these products, including those that include subscription-based licenses to desktop and mobile software, and hosted email and intranet services.
What is Exchange Online?
Exchange Online is the hosted version of Microsoft’s Exchange Server Email messaging platform. Exchange Online gives companies a majority of the same benefits that on-premises Exchange deployments provide. Users connect to Exchange Online via the Microsoft Outlook desktop client, Outlook on the web with a web browser, or with mobile devices using the Outlook mobile app to access email and collaboration functionality, including shared calendars, global address lists and conference rooms.
What is SharePoint?
SharePoint is a Microsoft web-based application that has existed since 2001 that allows organizations to store and organize any content and information. That includes documents, images, videos, news, links, lists of data, web pages, and tasks. Think of SharePoint as a one-stop shop for any content you have.
What is Teams?
Microsoft Teams is the ultimate messaging app for your organization—a workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, file and app sharing, and even the occasional emoji! All in one place, all in the open, all accessible to everyone.
